Spot guide
Playa Negra is a WSW-facing reef break in Northern Guanacaste, Costa Rica. It picks up swell from SSE to SSW and SSW to NW. Offshore wind here blows from the ENE: light winds or ENE breezes usually mean the cleanest surf, while WSW onshores chop it up.
