La Preneuse

La Preneuse is a WNW-facing reef break in Mauritius. It picks up swell from SSW to SW and WSW to NNW and NNW to NNE, and land, islands, reefs or shallow banks block about 30% of the directions it faces. Offshore wind here blows from the ESE: light winds or ESE breezes usually mean the cleanest surf, while WNW onshores chop it up.
