Cloud 9 is an ENE-facing reef break in General Luna, Siargao, Caraga, Philippines. It picks up swell from NNW to S. Offshore wind here blows from the WSW: light winds or WSW breezes usually mean the cleanest surf, while ENE onshores chop it up.
